The team of chefs and cooks preparing the meals from the gastronomic offer of Czech restaurants at EXPO 2015 Milan consists both of the IGC permanent staff and its external partners with whom IGC has been already cooperating for many years. Most of these top chefs has already presented the Czech cuisine at EXPO in Japan and China or on the Czech Cuisine Days in Rio de Janeiro, Kuala Lumpur, Volgograd, Xian or at international exhibitions of food in Berlin, Vienna and other cities around the world.
